RESERVATION POLICIES:

Reservations and or appointments must be paid for at the time of booking and are nonrefundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Single Session & Packages: The Summit Cryocare has no cancellation policy for scheduled cryocare appointments. No refunds for purchases, Cryocare sessions however may be transferred to another individual.

CHECK-IN:

The Summit Cryocare provides every client with a robe, socks, slippers and gloves that are used to protect your extremities during the treatment. Men are required to wear boxers or underwear. All clients must remove all jewelry and exterior metal/body piercings. Additionally, it is recommended that you pat yourself dry with a towel and do not apply oils, lotions, or cologne immediately prior to treatment.

When you walk through the front doors you step out of Texas and straight in to Aspen! Our meticulous decor, treatment rooms, and customer service will take you from the streets of Clearfork to a pampered mountain life that will leave you breathless. We have an endless list of services ranging from cryotherapy and leg compression to massage and age defying treatments that you have to see to believe! We are located in the beautiful Shops at Clearfork so your escape is just around the corner!  

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

The following conditions are contraindications to Whole Body Cryotherapy: Pregnancy, severe Hypertension (BP> 180/100), acute or recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, arrhythmia, symptomatic cardiovascular disease, cardiac pacemaker, peripheral arterial occlusive disease, venous thrombosis, acute or recent cerebrovascular accident, uncontrolled seizures, severe Raynaud’s Syndrome, fever, tumor disease, symptomatic lung disorders, bleeding disorders, severe anemia, infection, cold-allergy, acute kidney and urinary tract diseases. Children under 18 must have parental consent and have a parent present during treatment.
